Aim of the Journal
SHIVIP Publications – International Journal of Intellectual Rights and Management (IJIRM) is an emerging international journal, publishing research in the field of the study of intellectual property (IP) across a wide range of topics, and includes interdisciplinary studies from the fields of business management and economics facilitating policy making. It is an open access journal that publishes research articles quarterly. We support and accept all articles related to intellectual property rights and its management.
Scope of the Journal
The topics covered in International Journal of Intellectual Rights and Management (IJIRM) will be largely related to (but not only confined to) concept and context of IP, IP culture, IP valuation methods: disparities and economic significance, Cooperative R&D in IP, Innovation and technology management, IP litigation and policy, Entrepreneurship and IP, Decision making in IP commercialisation, Global IP concerns.
